For months now we’ve been bullish on a sweet little development up in the Puget Sound area near Seattle.
They won't let me tell you its name here on this website . So for now, let's just call it "The Project."
But down the road, we think the right investor is actually going to be calling this thing "The Gold Mine"--because that's what it can be. Really.
You see, it’s a large, ready-to-build residential & commercial development in Seattle’s highly-desirable Puget Sound Area that has all the right things going for it.
And—at least for now—it's still looking for the right investors.
Here's why we think this is so good--
We've just gotten back from Seattle, where we had meetings with both the property owner and city officials. And the news we are bringing back couldn’t be more exciting:
Officials are now admitting that both current zoning and existing entitlements allow for both a hotel and gambling casino to be added to this already prime development.
Green light means GO
This centrally-located project has already gotten the OK for 1,650 premium residential units plus retail and office spaces. And all the entitlements are already in place—no further public hearings or zoning changes are needed.
With the addition of a hotel plus casino, The Project is suddenly looking like a jackpot!
A fast-moving investment group might still be able to purchase The Project for the original asking price which includes not only 10.46 acres of land and the entitlements, but also 8 years of tax abatement.
